Copilot retrieves from your organisation's own evidence base — figures, records, reviews and references. It does not answer from the open web and cannot see another tenant's data.
Every answer shows its sources
Each response lists the figures it used, with their Data-Trust Scores and statuses, so a reader can open the trail behind any sentence.
It declines rather than guesses
Copilot answers a defined set of questions from your own evidence and declines anything outside that set, as well as any question the evidence cannot answer. It does not fill gaps with estimates of its own.
Your data is not used to train models
Customer evidence is never used to train models, for EcoVeraZ or for any provider. The model used for each answer is recorded with the answer. Provider, version and injection controls are described in the AI governance note available under agreement.
